Weekly Zoom Meetings
Weekly Zoom Meetings are a great way of generating a sense of community among your team members while training them at the same time.
- Set up a Zoom account at https://zoom.us/
- Become proficient at having and recording a zoom meeting.
- Schedule a time when you are going to have your first Weekly Meeting.
- Plan your meeting by thinking about the topic of the meeting and what areas of concern that you want to talk about. Also plan for a 30 minute maximum duration of the meeting.
- Invite your team members and people whom you would like to sponsor to your first Weekly Meeting. You can also invite people from your social networking groups like Facebook, Messenger etc.
- While having the meeting try to interact as much as possible with those who are viewing the meeting.
- Before closing remember to invite people to join Ark of the Covenant Ministries Incorporated Financial Ministry.
- As well, before closing remind everyone of your next Weekly Meeting.
- Remember to respond to everyone’s feedback concerning each meeting as this will aid in building teamwork within your ministry as well as new members signing up.
