                         Ark of the Covenant Ministries Incorporated

                                                      Mission Statement

     The mission of Ark of the Covenant Ministries is to demonstrate God’s love for the masses through three mediums. The three mediums are through our Media Ministry, our Church Evangelism Ministry and our Pastoral Ministry to Pastors. 

                                                         Media Ministry

     Our goal is to minister God’s love for the masses worldwide through the teaching and preaching of His Word via internet, radio and through television ministry. We also plan to introduce several books into the marketplace. Workshops will be made available through videos and live stream so that congregants can apply our teachings to their own lives at their convenience.

                                          Church Evangelism Ministry

     We will be constructing five Evangelism Jewels (Centers for Worldwide Evangelism), one in Miami, FL, Atlanta, GA[ Headquarters ], New York, NY, San Jose, CA and San Diego, CA. The purpose of for having the five centers for evangelism are as follows;

1. Help pastors to see that those within their congregations are loved.

2. Motivate pastors to make a significant Christian impact in their local areas.

3. Help pastors to grow the number of their congregations in each church to over 4,000 people, so that we may set an example for other churches in the area of church growth.  

4. To generate candidates for missionary work abroad.

                                        Pastoral Ministry To Pastors

     As God increases my ability to influence and lead other pastors we plan to open an International Church of Pastors. This church will be designed to cater to the many unique needs of pastors around the world as well as provide unified spiritual leadership that will help them obtain their dreams in ministry. We will also provide a strong financial support system that is so needed for pastors to expand their ministries. We will also be encouraging pastors to develop leaders for missionary work abroad so that we corporately can continue to carry out the mission of our Lord Jesus Christ.

                                              The Financial Ministry

     The Financial Ministry is the financial arm of Ark of the Covenant Ministries Incorporated. The funds generated from this Ministry will go toward the support of our previously mentioned Mission Statement and goals. As ark of the Covenant Ministries Inc. grows so will the financial demands of our Financial Ministry. From pastors needing help with their building funds to financing international radio and television ministry our Financial Ministry will provide a flow of finances to support vehicles necessary to carry the gospel forward in this day and age.

     The Financial Ministry is a Bible based ministry that is designed structurally after the network marketing concept. Central to the them of the Financial Ministry is our giving to God via the Financial Ministry. As other people are recruited into the Ministry and they give to God through our Financial Ministry, the Financial Ministry in turn compensates those Members who have Members under them. The five reasons that we promote for giving to God through the Financial Ministry are as follows;

  1. Giving to the glory of God for all He has done for us.
  2. Giving to support the preaching and teaching of God’s Word all around the world.
  3. Giving toward the eradication of poverty worldwide.
  4. Giving toward our financial freedom.
  5. Giving toward our own prosperity.

     As people believe in the five reasons for giving, they will give or raise offerings to God through our Financial Ministry and share this Ministry with others to the end that our five reasons and goals will be achieved. It is our future to become more successful than any network marketing organization in the world.

                                      TERMS AND CONDITIONS

A PARTICIPANT IN THE NETWORK MARKETING PLAN HAS THE RIGHT TO CANCEL AT ANY TIME, REGARDLESS OF REASON, CANCELLATION MUST BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING TO THE COMPANY AT ITS PRINCIPAL BUSINESS ADDRESS:

  1. I am of legal age in the state and or country of my residency. I agree that I am an independent contractor, responsible for determining my own hours and business activities without control or direction by Ark of the Covenant Ministries Incorporated and not an agent or employee of Ark of the Covenant Ministries Incorporated. I will not represent in any manner that I am an agent or employee of Ark of the Covenant Ministries Incorporated. I am responsible for the payment of all federal and state self-employment taxes and any other tax required under any federal, state or regulatory tax agency.
  1. This position does not constitute the sale of a franchise or of a Member position and no fee, donation or offering has been required of me for participation as a Member.
  1. I agree as a Ark of the Covenant Ministry Member, I shall place primary emphasis upon the obtaining of non-member contributors to the Ministry. Members resident in the state of Maine, North Dakota, Michigan, Indiana, Iowa and West Virginia are limited to $495.00 in sales aids purchases as a Member, from the Company, during the first six months of Member status. Permissible Member sales aids and services purchases shall be automatically modified to comply with the exemption requirements set forth in state laws regulating business opportunities.
  1. In presenting Ark of the Covenant Ministries Incorporated Member position to prospects, I agree that such presentations shall be strictly according to the following format and that I will be terminated as a Member if I fail to do so:

      a.     In each presentation of the Member position, the prospect shall be directly informed that no fee, purchase, donation or offering is required or is a means to become a Ark of the Covenant Ministries Incorporated Member.

 

  1. In order to maintain a viable Marketing Program and to comply with changes in federal. State and local laws in economic conditions, Ark of the Covenant Ministries Incorporated may provide Policies and Procedures for Members from time to time, as well as to modify its Member Compensation Program. Such Policies and Procedures and Compensation Plan modifications, and all changes thereto, shall become a binding part of this Agreement upon publication on the official Ark of the Covenant Ministries Incorporated Internet website or Member Newsletter.
  1. I understand that no attorney general or other regulatory authority ever reviews, endorses or approves any product, compensation program or company, and I will make no such claim to others.
  1. I understand that my Member position can be inherited or bequeathed, but cannot be transferred or assigned during my lifetime without written consent of the Company, which consent will not be unreasonably withheld.
  1. This Agreement shall be deemed in effect upon receipt and acceptance by Ark of the Covenant Ministries Incorporated at its Home Office in Lawrenceville, GA.
  1. I will not promote my Member business nor use the Company name, or the trade names, logos, sales materials, trademarks or service marks of Ark of the Covenant Ministries Incorporated except in materials provided by the Company or approved in writing by Ark of the Covenant Ministries Incorporated prior to their use by me. I understand that unauthorized use or duplication of trademarks or copyrighted materials is a violation of federal law.
  1.  I am responsible for supervising and supporting Members I sponsor into the program and in my commissionable downline. I agree to maintain monthly communication and support to those Members in my commissionable downline by way of any of the following, or combination thereof: Personal contact, telephone communication, written communication, and attendance at Member meetings.
  1. Ark of the Covenant Ministries Incorporated provides the following fulfillment to its Members: Shipment of ordered sales aids within ten days of receipt of order and clearance of funds, subject to the availability of items ordered; calculation and payment of Member commissions. Payment terms on Member and customer purchases: check, money order or credit card with order. No credit purchases or C.O.D.s available. Commissions are payable to Members according to the Compensation Plan which is incorporated herein by reference. Ark of the Covenant Ministries Incorporated may in its own discretion require an annual renewal fee.
  1. I will not make false or misleading statements about Ark of the Covenant Ministries Incorporated membership or Member position. Display of commission checks, the making of income projections and the use of income testimonials to prospective Members is prohibited.
  1. Change of original sponsor is not permitted. Member and customer lists and names and all data thereto are owned by the Company and may never be used for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of the Company. During the active status term(s) of this Agreement and for 6 months thereafter; Member shall not, directly or indirectly, solicit Members of Ark of the Covenant Ministries Incorporated to other network marketing organizations, except as to personally sponsored Members.
  1. This Agreement is governed by the laws of Georgia. The parties agree that any claim, dispute or other difference between them shall be exclusively resolved by binding arbitration pursuant to the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association with arbitration to occur at Atlanta, Georgia.
  1. Members may return sales aids and cancel services purchases at any time within thirty days of purchase and receive 90% refund. Services purchases cancelled after 30 days will be refunded prorata according to term of use prior to cancellation. Shipping costs for returned items shall be borne by Member. Payment will be made within thirty days of actual receipt of returned items. The Company will honor sales aids and services refund policies provided by any state or federal law applicable to Member (New Mexico and Montana – one year; Georgia – no time limitation. Wyoming as to all services and sales aids purchased within one year of the date of termination).

                                          Members Compensation Plan

Members obtain offerings to Ark of the Covenant Ministries Incorporated and sponsor other Members into Ark of the Covenant Ministries Incorporated. As a Member sponsors others who do the same, each Member builds their evangelism ministry, whose voluntary offerings are commissionable, as a Blessing from God, to Members upline from the contributing Members.

Personal Volume – Members shall be given by God, a Blessing commission, of 5% on all offerings personally given, Gift Cards included (however a Member’s Personal Volume is not fulfilled when giving the $10.00 Monthly Offering  to God with the Gift Cards. Personal Volume may be fulfilled in the 4 ways mentioned below).

1st Level – 10% (A Blessing commission, will be given by God, on all offerings that are given by people you have personally sponsored)

2nd Level – 15% (A Blessing commission, will be given by God, on all offerings given through Members on this level)

3rd Level – 10% (  “    “    )

4th Level – 5%    (  “    “   )

5th Level – 2.5% (   “   “   )

6th Level – 1.56% (   “   “   )

7th Level – 1.06%    (   “   “   )

All Members who are giving their Monthly Offering to God with Gift Cards or who have Members in their downline who are giving with Gift Cards are still required to raise their Personal Volume $10.00 Monthly Offering to God through either of the following ways;

  1. Raising the offering through someone else on the Member’s affiliate website.
  2.  Personally giving the $10.00 Monthly Offering to God on Member’s affiliate website.
  3. Selling one of our cryptocurrencies on the Member’s affiliate website.
  4. Or having their Monthly Offering to God deducted from their Blessing Commission.  Members on Gift Cards with an income from Ark of the Covenant Ministries Incorporated of $20.00 per month or more can give their Personal Volume $10.00 Monthly Offering to God each month from their Blessing Commission for the next month. If that Ark of the Covenant Ministries Incorporated Member on Gift Cards has not raised their Personal Volume $10.00 Monthly Offering to God that month through the 4 ways aforementioned, then that Member has not earned their Blessing Commissions.

The minimum payout balance of Blessing Commissions for accounts set up for Pay Pal is $1.00. The minimum payout balance for accounts set up for Bitcoin is $10.00. The minimum payout balance for accounts using the Gift Card is $20.00.

Out of all funds contributed to Ark of the Covenant Ministries Incorporated, 49.88%(percent) will go towards the evangelism of the gospel worldwide as per our Mission Statement and and goals, the other 50.12% of funds raised will be given back by God to Ark of the Covenant Ministries Incorporated Members according to the above Compensation Plan.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
